My approach is based in a humanistic world view and relational talk therapy.
I treat my clients combining various schools of thought, from psychodynamic therapy to a cognitive understanding.
In an accepting environment you will be supported to connect to your inner wisdom to further your self-determination, always having your resources present.

Embodiment
Embodiment is at the heart of my psychotherapy practice. Through the use of breathwork and mindfulness, I encourage my clients to connect with their bodies and explore the connection between their emotions and physical sensations.
